For the Dish:

2 bunches broccolini, halved lengthwise

3 tablespoons Aroma olive oil, divided

Sea salt and cracked black pepper

2 balls burrata cheese (about 8 oz)

1/4 cup crispy fried shallots
For the Hot Honey:

1/3 cup honey
-
1-2 tablespoons (Aroma Culinary) hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 clove garlic, minced

Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over high heat until very hot.

Toss broccolini with 2 tablespoons Aroma olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Char broccolini in the hot pan, turning occasionally, until dark and tender (about 5-7 minutes). Transfer to a serving platter.

Whisk together honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Let sit 5 minutes.

Tear burrata into pieces and place over broccolini. Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon Aroma olive oil.

Spoon hot honey over the burrata and garnish with crispy shallots. Serve immediately.
